Follow the pics
1st you upload the pic by clicking on the host an image icon:


Then you browse the pic and host it:


Then you copy the url and close the hosting window by clicking on the icon again:


Then you click on the insert image icon:


Then you paste the image url you copied here:


As you see the url appears in you post surrounded by image tags:


You can preview your post now by clicking on the preview button on the bottom of the page:


If it's cool, write your text and post away
